-20% DOWN DAY OF SALE, BALANCE DUE ON DELIVERY OF DEED, CASH OR GOOD CHECK FROM LOCAL BANK ONLY
-BIDDERS MUST SHOW DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PROPER IDENTIFICATION
-THERE IS NO BUYER'S PREMIUM!
-POSSESSION ON DELIVERY OF DEED, AT CLOSING - 30 DAYS OR LESS FROM AUCTION SALE DATE
-TAXES FOR THE YEAR SHALL BE PRORATED AS OF CLOSING DATE
-ANY POTENTIAL BIDDER WILL BE PERMITTED TO CONDUCT A LEAD-BASED PAINT INSPECTION 10 DAYS PRIOR TO SALE. FINAL BIDDER ON REAL ESTATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A CO-WAIVER OF ANY POST SALE INSPECTION RIGHTS.
TERMS ON PERSONAL PROPERTY:
-CASH, GOOD CHECK, CREDIT &/OR DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
-EACH FIREARM SOLD WILL BE SUBJECT TO FFL PAPERWORK.
-A FEE OF $20.00 PER FIREARM WILL APPLY AND ADDED TO INVOICE PRIOR TO CHECKOUT.
-ALL FIREARMS WILL BE REGISTERED THROUGH HAYWOOD SHOOTING SUPPLY.
-6% KY SALES TAX WILL APPLY TO ITEMS NOT EXEMPT.
-ALL BIDDERS MUST SHOW DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PROPER IDENTIFICATION.
-ALL ITEMS TO BE PAID FOR IN FULL DAY OF SALE, WITH POSSESSION UPON RECEIPT.
CHECKS ISSUED FOR $5,000.00 OR GREATER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A BANK LETTER VERIFYING FUNDS ON THE ACCOUNT FROM WHICH THE CHECK IS WRITTEN. IF NO LETTER, ALL ITEMS WILL REMAIN ON GROUNDS UNTIL CHECK IS APPROVED OR CLEARED.
ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE DAY OF SALE SUPERSEDE PRIOR ADVERTISING.
NEITHER OWNERS NOR AGENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE IN CASE OF ACCIDENT OR INJURY.
