- POSSESSION: ON DELIVERY OF DEED, AT CLOSING, 30 DAYS OR LESS FROM AUCTION SALE
- PROPERTY TAXES: SHALL BE PRORATED AS OF CLOSING DATE.
- ANY POTENTIAL BIDDER WILL BE PERMITTED TO CONDUCT A LEAD BASED PAINT INSPECTION 10 DAYS PRIOR TO SALE. FINAL BIDDER ON REAL ESTATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A CO-WAIVER OF ANY/ALL POST SALE INSPECTION RIGHTS.
